Entree Selections:

  • Romaine hearts, prosciutto, parmesan tuile, Caesar dressing topped with Pan seared Atlantic Salmon.
  • Goat cheese Brulee, baby arugula, roasted strawberries, candied walnuts, grilled chicken breast with chocolate balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Seasonal spring mix salad with a slice of your selection of quiche.
  • Dill chicken salad wrap with lettuce and tomato.
  • Grilled Italian chicken on herb focaccia bread with a pesto mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, lettuce and tomato.
  • Turkey and Swiss on grilled cinnamon bread with cranberry aioli.
